1. Delete it from the app
- Open the VeloCash app and sign in.
- Open the menu and choose Delete account.
- Read what will happen, enter your password and confirm.
Your sign-in stops working immediately and you are signed out on every device.
2. What is deleted
Within 30 days we delete your personal data: your name, email address, phone number and sign-in details. If you are the owner of the business and ask to close it, the business account is closed as well.
3. What is kept, and for how long
Records that the law obliges a business to keep, such as tax invoices, receipts and credit notes, are kept for the period the law requires (seven years in Israel) and then deleted. They are not used for anything else.
4. Without the app
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address registered on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.
